Tiny chat is a clone of chatroulette. Actually, the website looks pretty good and you can talk to people according to your hobby or country in different chat rooms.
The first time i chatted on tinychat, i was surprised to see that the website was quite popular and that there was more women on it than on any other chatroulette clone like bazoocam, ranchat, camtoya etc. that’s the first good thing.
The second good thing is that you can chat with people in chat rooms about different topics:

countries: france, USA, england, italy, germany etc
